The format will be modified alternate shot. The pros will tee off from the back tees with the quarterbacks playing the forward tees. The teams choose which tee shot to take and alternate shots from there. It’s match play scoring with no carryovers.

There are other ways to get involved beyond just picking the winner. DraftKings is offering prop bets including the team leading after each of the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th holes. Par 3 props include all players making the green with the tee shot (+600 Yes on Hole 2, -1250 No).

Think Phil can outdrive Bryson? He’s +140 to do so on each of Hole 6 and Hole 8.

The origin of The Match began with Mickelson against Tiger Woods one-on-one with Mickelson taking the $9 million prize in November of 2019. the rematch added quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Brady to the mix. The third version of The Match was Mickelson and Charles Barkley against Manning and Stephen Curry.
