The 2021 Big Ten Tournament rolls on Thursday with four games from 11:30 a.m. ET (Michigan State-Maryland) until 9 p.m. ET, when Penn State and Wisconsin tip off.
It was a relatively tame opening day, with Penn State and Minnesota both advancing as short favorites.
The Big Ten’s double-bye format favors the top four seeds, which is why one of Michigan, Illinois, Purdue and Iowa has a greater than 70% chance to cut down the nets on Sunday. Despite having to win one more game, Ohio State has the fourth-best odds at 12.2%.
We’ll be updating the bracket and probabilities to win the tournament as games happen throughout the weekend.
