At 13-4 to start the year and hosting an 8-9 Mavericks team, the Jazz being listed as 4-point favorites tonight might’ve seemed pretty reasonable, at least on the surface.

As you might expect, the 13-4 home side is the one drawing most casual bettors. Sixty-eight percent, to be exact, have taken the Jazz as of writing, which makes Utah’s move from -4 to -2.5 significant, and pretty much gives away the sharp side on its own.
