The Celtics face off with the Rockets in Boston on Friday night, looking to avoid their third straight loss as they adjust to their new-look, post-trade deadline roster.

Boston is coming off of a five-point loss to Luka Doncic (36 points on 11-for-15 shooting) and the Dallas Mavericks, and though it hurts their against the spread (ATS) home record, they still sit at a solid 12-10 ATS at TD Garden heading into Friday night.

Houston has lost four of their last five games, with their last win being a 12-point road win over the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves last Saturday. Houston actually shot an impressive 50% from the field in their 12-point loss to the Nets on Wednesday.

The Rockets have actually covered in two of their last three games, so there is reason to believe they stand a chance of covering a double-digit spread. But our latest PRO Report shows that sharp bettors are seeing value in backing Boston on Friday.
