The Cleveland Cavaliers enter the second half of the 2021 NBA season as one of the more obvious “sellers” at the trade deadline. Cleveland is looking to move former All-Star center Andre Drummond, who has been away from the team since mid-February as they look for a trade partner.
Things got worse before they got better, but coming out of the All-Star break, Cleveland has won four of their last five games, covering against the spread (ATS) in all five games.
New Orleans came out of the All-Star break with a very disappointing 30-point loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, by far the worst team in the league at 8-29. The Pelicans have a woeful record ATS at 15-22, with Thursday’s loss being their worst ATS loss of the season.
