The Bulls head into Houston to take on the Rockets in a game that sportsbooks are expecting to be extremely close. Chicago has won three of its last five games, while the Rockets are on a seven-game losing streak, currently the second-longest losing streak in the league.

Houston will likely be without Victor Oladipo to go along with the loss of Demarcus Cousins, who is reportedly parting ways with the Rockets.

The loss of Oladipo will be a decent-sized blow for a Houston team that will be looking to slow down Chicago guard Zach LaVine, who went for 33 points in the first matchup between these two teams this season.

Oladipo scored 32 points himself in that first Bulls-Rockets game, and his absence will surely put stress on an offense that is ranking dead last in offensive rating (102.5) over the last five games per NBA Advanced Stats.

Many bettors are counting on Monday’s Rockets-Bulls game to be a high-scoring affair, but our PRO Report suggests sharps are thinking otherwise.

Sharp Action

The line for Monday’s Bulls-Rockets game opened up at 226.5 before it was pushed down to 226. This is despite 66% of the bets being placed on the over according to The Action Network’s public betting information.

That reverse line movement on the under was also confirmed via our Action Labs Bet Signals, which have triggered two smart money signals since this morning.

Big Money

The 51% of bettors taking the under have generated 79% of the money wagered on Monday’s Bulls-Rockets total. That 28% difference is a surefire sign of sharp action coming in on the under.
