NBA Injury News

There aren’t many high-profile names on Monday’s injury report, but the Los Angeles Lakers have a number of role players who are dealing with injuries, which could impact their depth in tonight’s matchup with the Golden State Warriors.

Kyle Kuzma is probable and expected to play despite an ongoing heel issue. The Lakers announced Sunday that Jared Dudley has been diagnosed with a torn right MCL, which shortens the back end of their bench. Alex Caruso has been diagnosed with a mild concussion and has been placed in the concussion protocol, which will impact an already short rotation.

The Knicks will likely be without point guard Elfrid Payton due to a lingering hamstring issue and Derrick Rose who is still out due to health and safety protocols. Frank Ntilikina has started the previous two games without Rose and Payton, but Immanuel Quickley should continue to get big minutes as well.

The one star player with good news to report is Bradley Beal, who has been removed from the injury report ahead of Monday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks after missing the prior game due to a sore left knee.
