NBA Injury News

Los Angeles Clippers head Coach Tyronn Lue confirmed Sunday that Kawhi Leonard will stay in Los Angeles to receive treatment on his sprained knee and has been ruled out for Game 5 on Monday.

Lue opted to go back to Marcus Morris in the starting lineup in Game 4, though Morris only played 22.2 minutes to Terance Mann’s 33.1. There’s a good chance Mann re-enters the starting lineup on Monday ahead of Morris given how much better the Clippers have been with him on the court in the series.

There is no word on whether Leonard could be available if the Clippers extend the series beyond Game 5.

For the Suns, Devin Booker told reporters after Game 4 that he wasn’t sure if he would wear a mask to protect his broken nose in Game 5. Booker started the game with the mask but removed it because he felt uncomfortable.
