Monday’s NBA Injury News
The Denver Nuggets are closely monitoring Jamal Murray’s knee ahead of their Monday night road matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks. Murray sat out Saturday’s game, which was only his second missed game this season.
Russell Westbrook could see the floor today in the Washington Wizards’ last game of four-game road trip. Per our NBA Insiders tool:
Coach Brooks said Westbrook playing in the second leg of a back-to-back on Monday is an option. Westbrook has yet to play in both legs this season, but logged just 27 minutes in Sunday’s blowout win during the day … With Westbrook out this season, Bradley Beal has led the team with a 37.2% usage rate and has seen a +8.8% assist rate.
Anthony Davis again makes an appearance on the Los Angeles Lakers injury report, this time with right Achilles tendonosis. Davis has played through an assortment of injuries this season, but logged a season-high 45 minutes in a double overtime game against the Detroit Pistons Saturday.
