NBA Injury News

While there isn’t much injury news to watch for Tuesday night, there are a few notable players who are sitting out.

Kawhi Leonard is expected to sit out Tuesday against the Indiana Pacers for the second consecutive game due to a sore right foot. Leonard also sat out on Sunday, but that was for rest. The Indiana Pacers will be without their starting center Myles Turner again Tuesday. Turner was unable to practice Monday after missing the previous three games with a sprained ankle.

Fred VanVleet has also been ruled out Tuesday agains the Atlanta Hawks — it’s his sixth straight game missed due to a strained hip. Whenever he is deemed healthy enough to play, he will be forced to serve a one-game suspension for the altercation between the Lakers and Raptors last week.

The Atlanta Hawks are monitoring Trae Young and Danilo Gallinari Tuesday for their game against the Raptors. Young is questionable Tuesday after he missed the previous game with a calf strain and has sat out two of the Hawks’ past six games. Gallinari is doubtful after sitting out the last game with a sore right foot.
