For the first time ever, the NASCAR Cup Series will race on the road course at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Because this circuit is new to the series, drivers and teams were afforded a 50-minute practice session on Saturday, with qualifying scheduled for 9:05 a.m. ET Sunday to set the starting lineup for the Verizon 200 (1 p.m. ET, NBC) later today.
Chase Elliott, who has won seven of the past 12 NASCAR Cup Series road course races, is the favorite at +220 odds.
Elliott is followed by Hendrick Motorsports teammate Kyle Larson at +350, with the Joe Gibbs Racing trio of Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin at +550, +900 and +1100, respectively.
Austin Cindric, who won yesterday’s XFINITY Series race on the Indy road course, is +1800.
With practice in the books, here’s a look at updated NASCAR at Indianapolis odds before cars hit the track for qualifying.
