The Cubs look to bounce back on Saturday when they take on the White Sox in Game 2 of their three-game set. The Cubs lost to the White Sox on Friday in a 17-13 slugfest that saw White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal finish with two home runs and eight RBIs.

Despite Friday’s incredibly high-scoring game, all signs point to things trending the opposite way this weekend.

Lance Lynn will take the mound for the White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field. The veteran has won three of his last four starts, giving up seven earned runs over his last  22 innings pitched.

The last time Lynn took the mound against the Cubs, he gave up one earned run over six innings to go along with eight strikeouts.

The Cubs’ woeful offense showed up on Friday night, but with the North Siders being 21st in runs and 28th in batting average, there is strong reason to believe the under is the play on Saturday.
