Gonzaga vs. Baylor Bets That Win: Bears Fast Start Cashes First-Half in National Championship Game

It’s not the Super Bowl, but the clash between college basketball titans Gonzaga and Baylor had plenty of betting opportunities on Monday night.

Player props, sides and totals were among the options on the betting menu for the national championship game between the Bulldogs and Bears, who were the consensus top two teams in the country for much of the year.

Bets to Cash in National Championship Game

First Player to Score 

Davion Mitchell (+500) hit a mid-range jumper to cash for bettors. Teammate Mark Vital (+1500) gave it a sweat with two chances and offensive rebounds.

Halftime Spread and Total

Baylor (+2.5) cashed first-half bets easily thanks to its fast start with a 47-37 lead. Gonzaga made a few runs to close the gap to 10  after trailing by as many as 19. The first-half total went over 75.

MaCio Teague’s 14 points has him well on his way to cashing his scoring prop of 14.5 points.
