The Milwaukee Bucks are holding their collective breath awaiting word on the seriousness of an injury suffered by Giannis Antetokounmpo in Game 4.
The official word from the team is a hyperextended left knee injury for the two-time MVP, who was injured in a collision with Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela.
After being on the ground for minutes, Antetokounmpo was able to walk off the floor with the help of his brother, Thanasis. He later returned to the bench walking under his own power, although there was a visible limp.
The team officially ruled him out for the remainder of the game.

At the time of the injury, the Bucks trailed the Hawks 62-52 in the third quarter. Atlanta is playing without Trae Young, who suffered an ankle injury in Game 3.
Atlanta stretched that lead to 74-54 which prompted Antetokounmpo to return to the locker room.
Milwaukee entered Game 4 as the -125 betting favorite to win the NBA title at PointsBet. The Bucks were -2000 to win the Eastern Conference Finals series against Atlanta after opening -555. Atlanta had taken 78% of bets with 64% of the money on the Bucks.
