We’ve reached the semifinals of the Euro 2020 tournament with a ton of fantastic storylines left in the tournament.

Can Italy return to glory after missing the 2018 World Cup? Can Spain win their third Euro title in the last four tries? Can Denmark continue their emotional run as the team of destiny?

And is football finally coming home?

In case you missed the quarterfinals, here is a snapshot of what happened.

    • Spain needed penalty kicks to get past 10-man Switzerland after a heroic effort from Swiss keeper Yann Sommer. Mikel Oyarzabal sealed a trip to the quarterfinals on Spain’s fifth and final penalty shot.
    • Italy scored two first-half goals, including a wonder strike from Lorenzo Insigne and held onto the lead for the entire second half, beating the No. 1-ranked team in the world, Belgium, 2-1.
    • Denmark got two first-half goals from Thomas Delaney and Kasper Dolberg to beat the Czech Republic 2-1 and seal a spot in the semifinals at Wembley Stadium.
    • England took the handbrake against Ukraine and opened up the floodgates, winning 4-0 in Rome. They will not have to leave their home country again, with the semifinals and final to be staged at Wembley Stadium in London.
