Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis fell short of winning Defensive Player of the Year, but he enters the 2020-21 season as the favorite to be the league’s top defender. Davis has the best odds at +250 followed by Utah Jazz center and two-time winner Rudy Gobert (+275).
