NBA Injury News

The Dallas Mavericks are unsure if Luka Doncic will be available for Saturday’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Mavericks are playing the second night of a back-to-back and Doncic, who was a late addition to Friday’s injury report, was ruled out ahead of tip-off due to back tightness. Kristaps Porzingis is also questionable after playing 38 minutes last night; the Mavericks have been cautious with him playing on consecutive nights.

Kawhi Leonard is also questionable to play Saturday after he sat out of the Clippers’ game on Thursday with a sore foot. That game was on the second night of a back-to-back so there’s a chance the Clippers were just resting their star player. Marcus Morris, who also missed their game Thursday night, is questionable as well.

Bradley Beal has been downgraded to questionable ahead to the Washington Wizards’ matchup with the Detroit Pistons Saturday due to a sore right foot.  Zach LaVine is a new addition to the injury report with a sprained right ankle, and he is questionable prior to the contest on Saturday.
